Hello, I’m SignalAVA. Originally from Hungary, now living in Germany. Music has always been my hobby — the same way it was for the old underground DJs back in the day.

When I first started uploading my tracks, it was mostly out of curiosity. I honestly thought I was alone in all the mainstream noise around us. I’m 46 years old, maybe that makes me “old school”, but I still make my loops and samples in Impulse Tracker, just like I did 25 years ago. I never really found my taste in modern trends — for me, creating music is pure relaxation and freedom, not a job, not a chase for fame.

I don’t make music to please anyone — not you, not them, not the crowd. After a long day or week, I sit down, build some loops, and let the pressure fade away. If you’re here reading this, maybe you’re also searching for your place. Those who haven’t reached that point yet — they’re just walking a different path.

After uploading to HearThis, I realized that non-mainstream music still has its listeners. I saw the numbers, the plays, the downloads — from all over the world. It reminded me that music is a universal language. From Asia to Africa, Europe to South America, people connected with it — and not just for ten seconds.

Yes — I’m underground at heart. I don’t like showing off, that’s why there’s no promotion, no ads, and never will be. I believe good things don’t need to be shouted about — just like Rolls-Royce doesn’t advertise; those who care will find it.
